Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be shipped within one business day of receipt. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays, and we do not count them as business days. 

US orders are shipped via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery unless otherwise indicated.  International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise indicated.  

Holiday and Weekend Shipping

If you place your Internet order over the weekend, or on an observed holiday, we will process your order on the next business day. We do not ship on the following holidays:

Taxes
We must collect state sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in New York.

If an order is placed and then refused, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost and returning shipping cost, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. These amounts will be subtracted from the order refund. If returning shipping costs total more than the order total, the package will be abandoned and the customer will not be refunded. 


Privacy & Security

Graey collects customer information in an effort to improve our customer's shopping experience and to communicate with our customers about our products, services and promotions. We collect information such as your name, e-mail and postal address and credit card numbers, that you provide to us when you place an order, when you save your information with us or when you participate in a sweepstakes, promotion or survey. Graey may use your information collected online to process and fulfill your order. We also collect e-mail addresses at various locations within the site including when you order from the site so that we can send you any necessary e-mail messages related to your order - such as an order confirmation notice. In addition, we maintain a record of your product interests, purchases and whatever else might enable us to enhance and personalize your shopping experience. We also monitor site use and traffic patterns to improve our web site design and the products and services we offer.

Graey will not rent or sell your e-mail address for any reason. We do not share credit card information with third parties except for the purpose of processing payment for products you've ordered and as required by law. You can always update or delete your personal information on our web site. Simply click My Account in the menu at the top of each page on our site, log in, and you'll be able to edit or change your information. If at any time you would like us to delete any of your personal information on file, just e-mail us at graey@graeyny.com. Please be sure to include your e-mail address, and full name.


Returns & Replacements

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.  NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES CAN BE MADE ON FINAL SALE ITEMS. 

Graey wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. For this reason, you may return a full-priced purchase within 14 days from the delivery date of your parcel. Item must be unworn, unwashed, not modified and not damaged, in its original condition, with original tags.  Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Graey has the right to deny credits if the goods do not meet the return policy requirements. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges can be made for a different size or color, subject to availability.  In the event of a return or exchange, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

All returns must be authorized by Graey. Please send a return request within 14 days of receipt of product to graey@graeyny.com with purchase order number and specific items requesting to be returned. Upon receipt of a Return Authorization Number (RA#), pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible and mark your RA# on the outside of the box. Send pre-paid and insured to the address given in the Return Authorization email.

Graey will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery, or for returns/exchanges without an issued RA#.

Credit will be issued for the original amount paid on the merchandise returned, excluding the shipping and handling fee. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment only. Please note it typically takes 2 - 4 business days after your package arrives to process the credit request. We will email you a receipt confirming the return as soon as it is processed.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Our checkout is done through PayPal.  If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay through out site using American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit cards.

Viewing Orders

We work to get your order to you as soon as possible. Most orders ship within one business day of the order being placed and take 3-7 business days to arrive by standard ground shipping.  When possible, we will email you the tracking number as soon as the package has shipped.
