All shipping is free.

Shipping within the US is done via FedEx Ground. If you would like your order shipped via Express service, please contact us at graey@graeyny.com before ordering. Please note that such a service bears an extra charge.

International shipping is done via USPS First Class Mail. If you would like your order shipped via a trackable method, please contact us at graey@graeyny.com before ordering. Please note that such a service bears an extra charge.

Returns

Graey wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. For this reason, you may return a purchase within 20 days from the delivery date of your parcel. Item must be unworn, unwashed, not modified and not damaged, with original tags.

Please complete the following steps:

1) Obtain a return authorization number via e-mail at graey@graeyny.com.

2) Ship item back to us within 20 days from the delivery date.

3) Return shipping must be prepaid and Graey does not accept responsibility for merchandise shipped by customers.

Once we have received the item, we will credit your account in full.
